2 Tbsp oil
4 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes or 4 medium tomatoes, diced
1 tsp sugar
1 bunch fresh basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 pound penne
1/2 cup whipping cream
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.
2. Add tomatoes, sugar, basil, oregano, salt.
3. Bring to a boil, then simmer 20-25 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, cook pasta.
5. Stir cream into sauce and heat through.
